Charter Standard Clubs

With your FA Charter Standard Club application form, the following documents must be present:

Copy of Club Constitution and Rules (FA model available)
Set of recent Committee minutes (no more than three months old)
Copy of AGM minutes
Copy of annual accounts
Copy of Code of Conduct (FA model available)
Copy of Club Equality Policy (FA model available)
Copy of Club Safeguarding Children Policy (FA model available)
Copy of Public Liability Insurance certificate - unless included in affiliation
Copy of coaching qualifications (Minimum requirements - Every team must have Level 1, Safeguarding Children & First Aid qualified coach / 1 x Age Appropriate Intro Module qualified coach)
Copy of FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificates
Copy of first aid certificates

This is the first step of Charter Standard status, and can be obtained by clubs with as little as one team at any gender / age group.
