- Copy of coaching qualifications (Minimum requirements - 1 x Level 2 Coach / 1 x Youth Award Module One Coach / Every team must have Level 1, Safeguarding Children & First Aid qualified coach / 1 x Age Appropriate Intro Module qualified coach)
- Copy of FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificates
- Copy of first aid certificates
- Copy of Football Development Plan
This award is relevant for clubs with at least five teams at four different age-groups, and is the step above Charter Standard Club.
