In 2010, the Northamptonshire Football Association (NFA) were successfully awarded funding from the Football Foundation to deliver a 3-year Disability Football programme
Through the Disability Programme, the Northamptonshire Football Association (NFA) is committed to enabling everybody to play our national game and reach their potential as a player, coach, referee or administrator. Our aims are to establish opportunities for participation and offer quality provision for people with learning, sensory and physical disabilities.
In partnership with Northampton Town Football in the Community (FITC), Northamptonshire Sport, Local Authorities and Charter Standard Football Club, we have recently created a constituted group known as the “Northamptonshire Disability Football Partnership” (NDFP).
