We are receiving an increasing amount of correspondence, particularly witness statements, that have been typed on the computer, and the name of the correspondent printed, and not signed.
If the letter is personally signed by the individual and not printed, it makes it clearer to the Association that the individual has actually written the letter, rather than a third party writing it on their behalf.
