Northants FA would like to remind all clubs that they should submit their club accounts to us by Saturday 1 September 2018.

FA rules require clubs to submit a basic income and expenditure report. The accounts are accepted in all formats, and whilst it is good to have a set of professional accounts, this isn’t a requirement.

For clubs who wish to follow a template, we have one prepared which can be accessed below.

Please be reminded that two signatures are required on the accounts; the person who prepared them and another independent person as verification that the records are correct.

It is advised to include an explanation as to why there are specific high expenditure and income items should this be the case.
