TWO Vacancies Available at Northamptonshire FA

Northamptonshire FA is seeking two talented administrators to support the Football Development Team and the Operations team in administrating grassroots football.

POST ONE: DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: £15,996-£24,527 PA based on experience

Reporting to the Head of Football Development, the post holder will join a dedicated team of development staff, tasked with increasing and developing participation of all football within the county in line with the FA’s National Game Strategy and the Northamptonshire FA operational plan.

The role is specifically focussed on organising, coordinating and administrating all aspects of education courses delivered by the County FA. The post holder will also be the lead employee for remaining a compliant education centre.

A full role profile is attached. The post holder will have a comprehensive background in administration, with excellent organisational skills and a strong customer service focus. Knowledge of challenges of working with a voluntary workforce and local football would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the existing education pathway within football.

POST TWO: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: £15,996-£24,527 PA based on experience

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the post holder will join a talented team of administrators who are tasked with administrating all aspects of grassroots football including affiliation and sanctioning, discipline and competitions in line with the County Operational and Business plans.

This role is a multi project role, meaning you will be expected to contribute to a number of areas of operational priority.

A full role profile for the post is attached. The post holder will have a comprehensive background in administration, with excellent organisational skills and a strong customer service focus. Some knowledge of local football administration and it’s systems would be advantageous, as would experience of working in a customer focussed role, or database management.

Along with all other members of county staff, safeguarding must be a high priority and strong knowledge of safe operating practices should be demonstrable.

The roles are office based between the hours of 9am and 5pm, though limited travel across the county may be required.
