As part of its strategic objectives around inclusion and diversity, Northamptonshire FA is searching for new members of its Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG).
The IAG is responsible for supporting the County FA to engage with communities and marginalised groups of people to ensure equal access to football opportunities and to raise the profile of these aforementioned opportunities. The group will be strategically aligned within the County FA’s business plan and is vital for supporting the business to achieve the intermediate level of equality standards.
Successful applicants would be extremely passionate about inclusion and diversity and would be either a person from within an under-represented group, or someone who works very closely with these groups, or has done in the past.
The ideal candidates would be able to commit to four or five meetings per year but would also be prepared to commit to a little more action to support us in our various goals.
Applications are welcomed from absolutely every area of the community; but the group is actively seeking new skills sets and experiences. Anyone passionate about LGBTQ or female inclusion and equality or disability sport would be of particular interest.
Applications must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org on the attached form by June 30th 2019.
