Vacancy: Executive Officer

The Northamptonshire Football Association is looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic Executive Officer to provide inspirational leadership and develop all aspects of football in the county.

We expect our Executive Officer to lead the business and understand football at both a local and national level. Candidates need a range of skills in effective business management, finance and football governance, which will include a significant role to ensure safeguarding is embedded across the business.

We also expect the successful candidate to build upon the strengths and dedication of our committed team of staff and volunteers to put Northamptonshire at the forefront of football in the country. You will need to demonstrate positive leadership and a commitment to succeed in driving the Northamptonshire FA forward.
