Northamptonshire FA is proud to be supporting Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign and is encouraging local clubs to get involved during the weekend of 30 November – 1 December.

16 packs of laces and captain’s armbands are being made available for local clubs to request before the activation weekend next month, providing a fantastic opportunity to show visual support for Stonewall’s campaign out on the pitch.

Football has an amazing power to bring people together, but 4 in 10 LGBT people don’t feel that sport is welcoming.

That’s why we need you to play your part and help make football everyone’s game. 

We encourage all players, coaches, referees, volunteers and parents in Northamptonshire to challenge anti-LGBT language, celebrate LGBT people in sport and wear Rainbow Laces to show you care.
