About the Group 
Northants FA want to ensure that all Coaches within our county have the opportunity to develop in environments that they feel comfortable in. This group creates a local Female Coaching Network through events and communication. This should equipped coaches with the necessary skills and confidence to take up more development opportunities such as CPD and courses that are provided by Northants FA and England Learning; whether this be individually or with another member within the group. The group is also a great starting point for any female that has no coaching experience what so ever and just wants to give it a try in a safe, non judgemental environment. Our Coach Development team and staff are on hand to support your development from facilitator to competent coach.
