Three members of the Northants FA Inclusion Advisory Group - Luke Scott, Debbie Preston and Raff Miah - attended a National Diversity and Inclusion day at St George’s Park on Monday 12 March.
The day included speeches from Chairman of The FA, Greg Clarke, former professional footballer, Paul Elliot, and The FA Equality & Diversity Manager, Kevin Coleman.
Northamptonshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group acting Chairman, Raff Miah, said: “As an acting chair for the NFA IAG Board, I was very pleased with this event and the messages that were being portrayed: to show and actively encourage inclusion across football. We all need to keep on promoting the correct messages so we can make football For All.”
Northamptonshire FA sending three representatives to this day demonstrates how seriously the County FA takes diversity and inclusion, and indicates its dedication and determination to make everything it does inclusive, and make football something that everybody can enjoy.
