The FA has today (Friday 15 November) launched a brand-new Respect For Coaches e-learning module, which can now be completed online.

This FREE 20-minute course supports the objectives of The FA Respect campaign.

With a strategic focus on coaches and parents within mini-soccer and youth football, this online course focuses on education coaches on the following principles:

• Lead by positive example
• Understand your players
• Build a positive team around you
• Instil an ‘anything is possible’ attitude
