Join the Northamptonshire FA New Youth Force
Northamptonshire FA are aspiring to create a new Youth Force with members from within the County. We're calling for people ages 16-24 to represent the young people of Northamptonshire and help us to strive forward, together.
For many, finding an identity can be challenging. In fact, 1 in 5 of young people find it difficult to feel completely satisfied with our current situation. What if you became part of a group that enabled you to find your identity while helping others find theirs?
The NFA are setting up a group, a new Youth Force to be exact. The purpose of this being..
- Give a platform for young people to scope, search and share ideas about their impression of football today
- To shape the future of football through ideas, research and communication
- To help develop the skillset and opportunities for young people through / within football
