Meet Our New Safeguarding Officer: Rosie McCarthy
Northamptonshire FA is delighted to welcome Rosie McCarthy to the team as its new Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Rosie joins the NFA with a wealth of knowledge of welfare and safeguarding after working in a number of school-based environments. She graduated from The University of Northamptonshire studying Childhood and Development and is currently undergoing her Masters in Education.
Speaking about her new role, Rosie said: “I am passionate about safeguarding and making sure that everyone who is involved with football are safe while doing so. Football is a team game and I am very much looking forward to being involved with the Country FA team to ensure football is kept fun!”
