Northamptonshire FA is looking for an enthusiastic sports development professional with a passion for grassroots football to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of opportunities for recreational and disability football across the county.

The Recreational & Disability Football Development Officer will drive growth through The FA's Just Play programme, targeting a wide range of stakeholders.

They will also be promoting the disability game at all clubs across the county and look to ensure everyone has access to disability football.

We are looking for someone with practical experience of sports development and project management skills, as well as a knowledge of grassroots football and safeguarding.
