Referee Development Officer Vacancy

We're looking for a Referee Development Officer to join our team.

We are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to registered referees looking to make an impact on refereeing across Northamptonshire.

The Referee Development Officer will be responsible for supporting referees in grassroots football, and identify areas of need for match officials across all formats of the game.

You will also have the chance to identify referees with potential to progress through the pyramid and join the Centre of Refereeing Excellence Programme.

At Northamptonshire FA, we're committed to keeping everyone safe in grassroots football. The RDO role will also see you collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Officer in all matters involving under-18 referees and adults at risk within refereeing.

The role will also allow you to help fellow referees in the registration process, and provide guidance on how to submit discipline reports.

To perform in this role, you must have outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as project management skills and experience.
