Northamptonshire FA Equal Game Ambassador
Northamptonshire FA are delighted to announce that Kathryn Hall has been appointed as our Equal Game Ambassador.
Kathryn is in place to support grassroots clubs in building their own Equal Game Action Plan that will create more accessible opportunities for women and girls within their club.
Kathryn had this to say on the opportunity:
‘I am delighted to have been appointed to the role of equal game ambassador supporting women and girls football in Northamptonshire.
I have extensive experience in working in women and girls football, having been the development officer in the county previously, along with having roles in coaching and refereeing.
After the Euro win last year, the game has really taken off, with many more opportunities for women and girls to take part as players, coaches, referees and volunteers.
As a kid, I could only have dreamt of having female role models like Keira Walsh and Lauren James, and I'm excited to be back involved in football where I can bring so much passion and experience to support clubs in developing sustainable female provision throughout the age groups.’
