Staff Update 

Northants FA would like to take this opportunity to inform you that on Wednesday 9th August we accepted the resignation of Christian Smith with immediate effect.

Northants FA would like to place on record our thanks to Christian for his dedicated work throughout his time at the Northamptonshire Football Association, where he started as our Football Development Officer for disability, and most recently, the past 2 years as our Chief Executive Officer.  The improvement in the functioning of the office and the quality of service provided to all stakeholders within the County has been significant, and successfully overseeing our "Reset Strategy" as we attempted to bounce back from the Covid periods and the immense challenges that presented are just a couple of the many headline achievements from his tenure.

We would like to wish Christian all the very best for the future and the next chapter of his life from both a personal, and business perspective.

In addition, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank Keegan Barstow for his services. Keegan has been our Football Development Officer for Recreational & Disability Football during his time with Northants FA and has been essential in setting up both our Walking Football & Disability League. We would like to wish Keegan our best in his future endeavours.
