Northants FA will not tolerate any form of abuse towards Match Officials.
We would like to remind the football community that any form of abuse towards match officials will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in the strongest possible way. We all have a responsibility in setting the right standard of behaviours in the game and we therefore need everyone’s support in improving the situation we find ourselves in with misconduct charges on the rise.

Northants Football will be looking to continue working with key stakeholders to put on discipline roadshows & consultation events at the beginning of 2024 which will aim to shed some light on the discipline process and the rules and regulations surrounding that, along with some important consultation sessions with stakeholders to gather views on how we can work to improve behaviour and the environment that football is played in within the County. We will also be persisting on promoting this message across our channels to remind individuals on the important role they have to play in creating the right environment for all.
