Casual Vacancy: Disability Football Ambassador
We're recruiting a Disability Football Ambassador to help clubs grow their disability football provision.

Northamptonshire FA are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing disability football to join our team as a Disability Football Ambassador.
Vacancy Type: Casual Contract (50 hours)
Rate of pay: £25 per hour

Our Ambassador will be responsible for encouraging 2 and 3-star England Accredited Clubs to apply the key learnings from the Disability Club Training to create their own Disability Football Game Plan; creating more club-based accessible opportunities for disabled people to play, coach and/or volunteer. The successful candidate may also deliver new recreational football sessions in targeted areas.
The post holder will work across Northamptonshire on a casual contract for up to 50 hours in the remainder of the 2023/24 season. We anticipate the role visiting club training sessions, supporting club volunteers face to face and online, and delivering sessions predominantly in the evenings, with some daytime and weekend availability also required at times.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the grassroots football network, and the ability to build trust and develop effective working relationships with our club volunteers.
