NFA IAG are looking for new members
Northants FA are currently looking to recruit new members for their Inclusion Advisory Group. If you wish to play an important role in supporting the Association in making sure that football in this County is truly a game for all we would encourage you to apply below.
The role will involve supporting Northamptonshire Football Association to develop an Inclusion Strategy for football and assist the organisation to gain the next stage of the Equality Standard of Sport. The role is a voluntary position and will require a willingness to meet and work outside of normal working hours.
Strong candidates will have the desire to embed equality, diversity & inclusion within Northamptonshire Football Association and the wider football community.
The Inclusion Advisory Group will play a crucial role in working to support the Association in achieving greater diversity across football and ensuring that football is a game for all. As a result, the interview panel must be convinced of the individual’s passion, inspiration, and professionalism for the role.
The IAG members are also there to support victims of discrimination and offer advice and support to under-represented groups.
