Northamptonshire FA is determined to support young players move from youth football into adult open age football.

The Northamptonshire Women & Girls League provides open age football games for a number of local ladies’ clubs, and players can compete in open age football from the age of 16.

Clubs, schools, colleges and universities also provide opportunities in a range of formats for female players aged 16-21 of all abilities to play the game.

What’s more, Northamptonshire FA supports a number of ‘kickabout’ session across the county for young female players that may not wish to get into adult football just yet.
