Small sided football in Northamptonshire

5, 6 and 7-a-side football is simply a smaller version of the traditional game, with less players and smaller pitches making for a more concise way of playing the game.
Small sided football has become one of the fastest growing areas of adult football, with over 1.5 million adults taking part nationwide.

This format of the game is typically played in large custom-built small sided football facilities with multiple pitches, indoor sports halls or even an 11-a-side pitch temporarily split into smaller pitches.
