Young Volunteer Programme
NORTHANTS FA YOUNG VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME
Northamptonshire FA launched the Northants FA Young Volunteer Programme to provide greater opportunities for young people to help protect, promote and progress the game in the county.
The 12 candidates involved in the Northants FA Young Volunteer Programme will take part in a range of different learning experiences to support their development within a football setting.
The programme will also see young people embedded into our regular activities and have an influence on the decision-making process at Northamptonshire FA, to ensure our events and projects are in the best interests of young people across our county.
Our aim is for the programme to produce a core group of volunteer ambassadors for the organisation, creating a sustainable influence into local community clubs, before potentially progressing up through the youth volunteering ranks all the way up to The FA National Youth Council.
